Dronacharya Batch Special Refund Offer

Students enrolled in the Dronacharya Batch are eligible for a 50% refund (₹1,499/-) if they secure a job within 2 months after course completion.

At SkillTrack.top, we are committed to providing high-quality cyber security education. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Dronacharya Batch Placement Refund

The Dronacharya Batch offers a unique placement-linked refund:

  • Eligibility: Students must complete the entire Dronacharya Batch course (2.5 months + 15 days online internship )
  • Refund Amount: 50% of the course fee (₹1,499/- out of ₹2,999/-)
  • Condition: Student must secure a job placement within 2 months after course completion
  • Verification: Proof of employment (offer letter, appointment letter) must be submitted
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days after verification
  • Limit: One refund per student, non-transferable

Standard Refund Conditions (All Batches)

  • Fee refund is applicable only in the case where the student secures a job within 2 months after course completion. Apart from this condition, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment

Workshop Registrations

Free workshop registrations are non-refundable as no fees are collected. For paid workshops (if applicable):

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop will not be refunded
  • No-shows on the workshop day are not eligible for refunds

Course Cancellation by SkillTrack.top

If a course is canceled by SkillTrack.top due to unforeseen circumstances (insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, etc.), enrolled students will receive:

  • Option to transfer to another batch or course of equivalent value

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Course materials and resources already accessed or downloaded
  • Certificates already issued
  • Any administrative or processing fees
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees
  • Discounted or promotional course enrollments (unless specified otherwise)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at training@asdacademy.in with subject line "REFUND REQUEST - [Your Name] - [Course Name]"
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, phone number, and course name
  3. Provide a clear reason for the refund request
  4. Attach your Company Name, Job offer letter, HR contact number as proof

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days.
